Draws are conducted by Magnum officers, with help from randomly selected members of the public. Each of the 23 winning numbers is drawn from see-through electromechanical drums, which are remotely controlled and require no direct human contact.
1. First, our emcee instructs them on the proceedings
2. A random participant presses a remote control button
3. The drums are activated to capture 1 random ball by each drum, which determines the winning number
In this way, the entire process is performed by members of the public.
