I forgot my password. Help! How do I reset my password/ pin?

Don’t worry, it’s easy to reset your password using the steps below:

To reset your password  if you're not logged in to MyMagnum 4D app:

1. Go to the login page and select forgot your password.
2. Type the email address associated with your account.
3. Press on the “Send password reset link”
4. You’ll receive a password reset email, follow the on-screen instructions and you’re good to go!
