To become an M Premium member, please follow these steps:
For new user:
1. Click on the “Sign up as new member” option.
2. Insert your Name and Mobile Number.
3. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS for verification purpose.
4. Create a 6-digit Login PIN number.
5. Fill up your personal details.
6. Verify your account via Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC).
i. Capture a photo of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (for
Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians)
ii. Confirm your information captured
7. Your account is activated.
For existing user who has already registered as an M Basic user:
1. Click on “Account Verification” in your “Account” tab.
2. Click “Verify Now”.
3. Verify your Mobile Number.
4. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS for verification purpose.
5. Verify your account via Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC).
i. Capture a photo of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (for
Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians)
ii. Confirm your information captured
6. Your account is activated.
Magnum requires proof of identification as part of eKYC requirements to authenticate
and validate the identity of our users. This can also prevent the risk of identity theft.
