You must fill out the Winner Verification Form, the link to which will be provided in the inbox, within 30 days from the winning announcement of the lucky draw. If this is not completed after 30 days, the prize will be forfeited. Depending on the prize, you may be required to collect the prize from a Magnum State Office.
