Claiming Prizes – Magnum 4D

All prizes can be claimed on the next business day after the draw.
6 months less one day. All prizes not claimed within 6 months less one day from the draw date will be submitted to the Treasury Department, and we cannot entertain any claim after that.
Bring your original winning ticket, and your Identity Card or passport.
Your winning ticket must satisfy all the following conditions:
- Issued by Magnum Corporation Sendirian Berhad or its appointed agents.
- Printed on genuine ticket stock or paper supplied by Magnum Corporation Sendirian Berhad.
- All particulars are clear and legible.
- All particulars are identical in all aspects with the electronic copy in our computer system.
- Has not been altered, defaced, mutilated, torn or tampered with in any manner whatsoever.
- Has not already been cancelled, as per our computer records.
- Has not already been claimed or paid, as per our computer records.
- Validity has not expired, i.e. it is still within 6 months less 1 day from the draw date when presented.
- Must be able to pass all our security checks.
The above notwithstanding, the ticket must comply with and satisfy the requirements for a valid winning ticket as described under the Company’s Rules and Regulations.
No. However, at the Company’s sole discretion, we may attempt to validate such tickets, and if satisfied that the tickets are indeed valid and have not been cancelled or claimed, we may still honour the claim and pay the prizes in full.

Here are some tips on taking care of tickets:
- Keep the ticket in a cool, dark and dry place.
- Keep the ticket clean. Do not write on the ticket.
- Avoid exposing the ticket to direct sunlight or heat.
The official published rule for all our Magnum 4D games (4D Classic, 4D Jackpot, 4D Jackpot Gold and Magnum Life) states that prizes are only payable to holders of valid winning tickets. Prizes below RM50,000 can be claimed at any Magnum 4D outlets. We do provide prize payments in cash and cheque. Cheque payment is only available at selected outlets. Please click here for the full list of selected outlets.

We also have option of online transfer for prize payments. This service is only available on Monday at any Magnum 4D outlets. You will need to provide your NRIC and Bank Account details for us to facilitate the online payment process.

Alternatively, you may visit our Magnum 4D Regional Offices to claim your prizes by cash, cheque and online transfer. Our Magnum 4D Regional Offices can pay up to RM2,000,000 for 4D Jackpot, 4D Jackpot Gold and Magnum Life games. (There are no limits for prizes claimed at any Magnum 4D Regional Offices for 4D Classic winning tickets)
No. All prizes are exempted from personal income tax.
We guarantee a RM2 million minimum prize amount for the Jackpot 1 Prize upon any full payout. For a partial win (such as for mSystem Play), we’ll calculate your share of the winnings based on this guaranteed minimum prize. If there are multiple winners, you’ll share the prize according to your bet amounts on the winning combination. [Prize Sharing Rules applies]
