MyMagnum 4D App – Magnum 4D

MyMagnum 4D app is available on Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery. Download and install the MyMagnum 4D app, with the links below according to your device.

You can use the MyMagnum 4D app as a guest user with limited functions or you can also sign up for a Basic member account to access more functions. You can enjoy even more player benefits when you verify your account to become an M Premium member.
Just select the “Sign up as new member” option once you are at the welcome screen. You may sign up via your mobile number or email address.

Via mobile number:
i. Enter your name and mobile number. Only a Malaysian registered mobile number can sign up for an account.
ii. Enter the referral code, if any. This step is optional.
iii. Click on “Send OTP”.
iv. Input the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered mobile number.
v. Set up a 6-digit pin number. You will use this pin number to log in during your future usage.
vi. Confirm your pin number and you’re all done!

Via email address:
i. Enter your name and email address.
ii. Enter the referral code, if any. This step is optional.
iii. Set up your password following the guide on your screen. You will use this password to log in during your future usage.
iv. Input the 6-digit verification code sent to your email.
v. You’re all done!
Launch your MyMagnum 4D app and choose the “Login” option. You may log in via your mobile number or email address.

Via mobile number:
i. Input the mobile number you signed up with. Only a Malaysian registered mobile number can sign up for an account.
ii. Enter your 6-digit pin number and click “Continue” to log in.

Via email address:
i. Input the email address you signed up with.
ii. Enter your password and click “Continue” log in.
To change your password (if you’re logged in via email address) or pin (if you’re logged in via mobile number), please follow these steps:

i. Click on “Account” tab located on the bottom right of your MyMagnum 4D app screen.
ii. Click on “Settings” (the gear icon on the top right of your screen).
iii. Click “Change Password” or “Change Pin”.
iv. Input your current login credentials followed by your new intended credentials.
v. Click “Save” and you’re done!
Don’t worry, it’s easy to reset your password/pin. Just follow the steps below:

Via mobile number:
i. Input the mobile number you signed up with.
ii. Click on “Forgot PIN?”.
iii. Input the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered mobile number.
iv. Set up a new 6-digit pin number.
v. Confirm your pin number.
vi. You have successfully set a new pin!

Via email address:
i. Click on “Forgot your password?”.
ii. Input the email address you signed up with.
iii. Input the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email.
iv. Set up a new password following the guide on your screen.
v. You have successfully set a new password!
To change your details, please follow these steps:

i. Click on “Account” tab located on the bottom right of your MyMagnum 4D app screen.
ii. Click on “Settings” (the gear icon on the top right of your screen).
iii. Click “Edit Profile”.
iv. Change your details accordingly. Before you can change your email address or phone number, you will need to verify your pin / password.
v. Click “Save” after you’ve completed your changes.
To scan your Magnum 4D tickets with MyMagnum 4D app, just tap the “Scan” button at the bottom of your home screen.

If this is your first time scanning your ticket, the app will prompt you to enable camera access permission. Be sure to give permission when the pop-up appears. The next time you scan your tickets, it will automatically launch the camera.
If you’re scanning your ticket from a past draw, a trophy icon will appear next to your ticket indicating that you have won.
You can also scan tickets in advance to easily check if you’ve won when the draw results are out. All you need to do is to make sure you’re logged in to your MyMagnum 4D app account before scanning your tickets. Once the draw results are out, a trophy icon will be automatically displayed to indicate if you have a winning ticket.
Watch the numbers being drawn live in MyMagnum 4D app by tapping on the “Live Draw started! See it Live” button in the home screen. After the draw has ended, you can also get the official draw results in the “Results” tab, located at the bottom of your screen in the home screen.
Yes. You can check past draw results in the “Results” tab, located at the bottom of your screen in the home screen. To search for a specific draw result date, you can select the date in the filter icon at the top right of your screen.
Great news, yes, we do! Search for your number inspirations from our “Inspirations” feature in the home screen. You will be able to search for numbers and keywords from our dictionary.
Yes, this feature is available for all Basic and M Premium members! Click on your lucky number from “Number Inspiration” and then tap on the heart icon located on the top right of your screen. Your saved number will be added to your “Favourite Numbers” list.
You will get a *RM1 4D Classic (mbox) ticket when you have successfully signed up. In addition, you will receive a *RM1 Magnum Life ticket when you successfully complete your account verification process to be an M Premium member! *While stocks last.
To redeem your rewards, please follow these steps:

i. Click on the “My Rewards” icon in your home screen.
ii. Select the reward you would like to redeem from the ‘Available’ tab.
iii. To redeem free tickets, you will need to be physically present in any of our Magnum 4D outlets. Make sure to swipe to redeem your reward only when you are at the counter.
iv. Get a code from our friendly Magnum 4D frontliners and insert the code into your screen.
v. Once you’ve completed the redemption, our Magnum 4D frontliner will hand you your free lucky ticket.

Don’t forget to scan your ticket afterwards to enjoy more benefits as an M Premium member!
#ProjectMagnumHearts is Magnum 4D's innovative digital platform, exclusively available in the MyMagnum 4D App that aims to empower our passionate customers who are striving to make a positive difference in our society.
Please download or update to the latest version of the MyMagnum 4D App. You may support the community projects by contributing your available ‘Magnum Heart(s)’ to your desired community project listed in the #ProjectMagnumHearts page.
You can earn a ‘Magnum Heart’ by scanning your Magnum 4D ticket via the MyMagnum 4D App. Next, you can contribute your ‘Magnum Heart’ to your desired community project listed in the #ProjectMagnumHearts page.
Yes. You may contribute to more than one (1) project if you still have remaining ‘Magnum Hearts’ available in your MyMagnum 4D App. If you do not have any available ‘Magnum Hearts,’ please scan a new Magnum 4D ticket to gain more ‘Magnum Hearts’ so that you can continue to give towards your chosen community project.
You are eligible to receive a 'Magnum Heart' for every Magnum 4D ticket scanned. For every RM1 valued Magnum 4D ticket scanned, you will gain 1 'Magnum Heart'. Only the first initial scan of each Magnum 4D ticket will gain Magnum Heart(s). If the ticket is scanned more than once, ‘Magnum Heart(s)’ will not be granted for the subsequent scans. The ‘Magnum Heart’ cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
No. The ‘Magnum Heart’ does not have an expiry date.
No. Your Magnum Heart(s) contributions are not eligible for tax relief.

MagnumCares, Magnum 4D’s CSR arm will choose new charitable organisations or bodies to support and decide the duration of each project. All new projects will be updated and announce to the public accordingly.
