M Premium – Magnum 4D

The M Premium Programme is an initiative offered by Magnum 4D to provide elevated members’ experiences with perks such as exclusive privileges, features, and benefits.
To become an M Premium member, you must successfully complete the online Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) steps on the MyMagnum 4D app.
eKYC is the online process of identifying and verifying individual users. By verifying your account, it will help us to know you better, and you will also be able to enjoy various benefits available to M Premium members, such as Lost Winning Ticket Plan, Magnum Life Grand Prize Bonus Reward, Birthday Bonus, and many more!
eKYC is needed to ensure that we are adhering to regulatory guidelines of not accepting users under 21 years old and Muslims in the programme.

To redeem your Birthday Bonus, visit a Magnum store. Show your Birthday Bonus screen on your account and hand your phone to the store operator. They will enter a code to redeem the bonus for you.

Fortune Monday is open to all M Premium members except for employees of Magnum Corporation Sdn. Bhd., Magnum 4D Berhad Group of Companies and Magnum 4D agencies.
Fortune Monday is a lucky draw event exclusive to M Premium members. All you have to do is to purchase Magnum 4D betting tickets, scan the tickets with your MyMagnum 4D app, and stand a chance to be in the running to win prizes in the lucky draw.
Fortune Monday is a lucky draw event that happens on Monday, exclusive only to M Premium members. Only tickets scanned during the week (Monday to Sunday) will be counted as entries towards the next Monday’s lucky draw. Lucky draw entries cannot be carried forward from one week to the next. Only valid tickets scanned upon account verification are eligible for the lucky draw.
1. Visit any Magnum 4D outlet and purchase your favourite game ticket(s).
2. Log in and scan your ticket(s) via MyMagnum 4D app. To ensure you are the ticket owner, you must be the first person to scan your ticket(s) for your entries to be eligible under your name.
3. You will receive one entry for every RM1 value spent on your tickets scanned.

You can be paid up to your valid lost winning ticket amount or up to RM1,000, whichever is lower.
Your case will be processed within 30 working days from the day you submitted the required official documents to a Magnum 4D State Office.
No. You must be an M Premium member and scan the lost winning ticket prior to the commencement of the draw i.e., before 7:00pm to be eligible for the Lost Winning Ticket Plan.
If the Lost Winning Ticket case submitted is approved, Magnum 4D will pay the amount via bank transfer to a local Malaysian bank. The bank account holder name must be the same as the M Premium member’s name.

You must be an M Premium member and the winner of our Magnum Life Grand Prize to be eligible for this bonus reward.
You must be an M Premium member before you scan the ticket. The ticket must be scanned prior to the commencement of the draw i.e., before 7:00pm.
No. This Bonus Reward is only eligible to a Magnum Life Grand Prize winner who is an M Premium member.
Upon being announced as a Magnum Life Grand Prize winner, you need to contact Magnum 4D’s Customer Service at 03 9212 2800 to arrange an appointment to collect the Magnum Life Grand Prize winnings and the Magnum Life Grand Prize Bonus Reward.

You need to be physically present at Magnum 4D’s HQ and provide the physical winning ticket and proof of identification (NRIC or Passport) to claim this bonus reward. Any representatives will not be accepted.

No. There is no limit to the number of Members you can refer.
No. There is no limit to the number of rewards you may receive for each successful referral.
No. You are only eligible for the referral reward if the referee successfully completes the eKYC / account verification process and successfully became an M Premium member.
To receive the referral reward, you can only refer someone who has not successfully completed their account verification to become an M Premium member.
Yes. Foreigners residing in Malaysia who own a Malaysian mobile number may perform their account verification using their valid Passports.
