To successfully complete the eKYC process, please follow these steps:
For a new user:
1. Click on the “Sign up as new member” option.
2. Insert your Name and Mobile Number.
3. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS for verification purpose.
4. Create a 6-digit Login PIN number.
5. Fill up your personal details.
6. Verify your account via the Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) steps:
- Capture a photo of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (for Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians)
- Confirm your information is captured accurately.
7. Your account is activated.
For an existing user who has already registered as an M Basic user:
1. Click on “Account Verification” in your “Account” tab.
2. Click “Verify Now”.
3. Verify your Mobile Number.
4. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS for verification purpose.
5. Verify your account via the Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) steps:
- Capture a photo of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (for Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians)
- Confirm your information is captured accurately.
6. Your account is activated.
