  • The M Premium Programme is an initiative offered by Magnum 4D to provide elevated members’ experiences with perks such as exclusive privileges, features, and benefits.

  • To become an M Premium member, you must successfully complete the online Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) steps on the MyMagnum 4D app.

  • eKYC is the online process of identifying and verifying individual users. By verifying your account, it will help us to know you better, and you will also be able to enjoy various benefits available to M Premium members, such as Lost Winning Ticket Plan, Magnum Life Grand Prize Bonus Reward, Birthday Bonus, and many more!

  • eKYC is needed to ensure that we are adhering to regulatory guidelines of not accepting users under 21 years old and Muslims in the programme.

     

  • You will need to provide the following details:

    1. Full name

    2. National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (for Malaysians) or Passport number (for non-Malaysians)

    3. Address

    4. Date of birth

  • To successfully complete the eKYC process, please follow these steps:

     

    For a new user:

    1. Click on the “Sign up as new member” option.

    2. Insert your Name and Mobile Number.

    3. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS for verification purpose.

    4. Create a 6-digit Login PIN number.

    5. Fill up your personal details.

    6. Verify your account via the Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) steps:

    • Capture a photo of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (for Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians)
    • Confirm your information is captured accurately.

    7. Your account is activated.

     

    For an existing user who has already registered as an M Basic user:

    1. Click on “Account Verification” in your “Account” tab.

    2. Click “Verify Now”.

    3. Verify your Mobile Number.

    4. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS for verification purpose.

    5. Verify your account via the Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) steps:

    • Capture a photo of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (for Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians)
    • Confirm your information is captured accurately.

    6. Your account is activated. 

     

    Magnum 4D requires proof of identification as part of our eKYC requirements to authenticate and validate the identity of our users. This can also prevent the risk of identity theft.

  • No. Only a Malaysian registered mobile number can sign up for an account.

  • Please ensure that you are using the correct ID when performing the eKYC steps.

     

    For Malaysians:

    1. Please use your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC).

    2. Capture the front of your NRIC.

    3. Ensure that there is no glare when capturing the photo.

    4. Capture the photo in a bright room to have the highest picture quality.

    5. Please do not cover your NRIC with your finger when capturing the photo, as it may impact the OCR accuracy and verification results.

     

    For non-Malaysians:

    1. Please use your Passport.

    2. Capture the first page of your Passport which has your personal information.

    3. Ensure that there is no glare when capturing the photo.

    4. Please do not cover your Passport with your finger when capturing the photo, as it may impact the OCR accuracy and verification results.

  • While completing the eKYC steps, you will be prompted to confirm your Name, ID Number, date of birth and address. Please review the details displayed carefully before submitting your eKYC verification. Once your submission is approved, you will no longer be able to resubmit and/or amend your personal information.

  • You may attempt the eKYC verification process again if your eKYC verification fails.

  • You may reach out to us at:

     

    1. Customer Service via Magnum’s Help Center at https://support.magnum4d.my; or

    2. Contact our Customer Service by calling 03-9212 2800; or

    3. Send an email to support@magnum4d.my.

  • No. The status “Pending” means that the eKYC verification process has not started. Please proceed to perform the eKYC steps to become our M Premium member today.

  • Unverified users will not be able to enjoy all the features in MyMagnum 4D app. However, you will still be able to enjoy the basic features in MyMagnum 4D app, such as Ticket Scanner, Draw Results, Number Inspirations, and other basic features.

     

    If you would like to enjoy all features in MyMagnum 4D app, do sign up as an M Premium member today! Head over to “Account Verification” in your “Account” tab and Click “Verify Now”.

  • You must be 21 years old or above, and non-Muslim to be an M Premium member.

  • The entire eKYC process will take up to 5 minutes. You may check your account verification status in the “Accounts” tab.

  • No. Each NRIC or foreign passport can only be used to register for one (1) M Premium member account.

     

  • Yes. You may download and install MyMagnum 4D app from the Huawei AppGallery. Sign up as a user and complete your account verification to be an M Premium member.

  • No. There are no charges or fees for M Premium members to enjoy the benefits. You only need to verify your account to fully enjoy all M Premium member’s benefits.
