You must fill out the Winner Verification Form via the link provided in the in-app inbox notification, within 30 days from the winning announcement of the lucky draw. If this is not completed after 30 days, the prize will be forfeited. Depending on the prize, you may be required to collect the prize from a Magnum 4D State Office.
