  • No. This plan is strictly eligible to M Premium members only.

  • You can be paid up to your valid lost winning ticket amount or up to RM1,000, whichever is lower.

  • Your case will be processed within 30 working days from the day you submitted the required official documents to a Magnum 4D State Office.

     

  • No. You must be an M Premium member and scan the lost winning ticket prior to the commencement of the draw i.e., before 7:00pm to be eligible for the Lost Winning Ticket Plan.

  • If the Lost Winning Ticket case submitted is approved, Magnum 4D will pay the amount via bank transfer to a local Malaysian bank. The bank account holder name must be the same as the M Premium member’s name.

  • Yes, the name which appears during the bank transfer must be the same as the M Premium member’s name.

  • No. Only Malaysian bank accounts are accepted.

     

  • Step 1: Digital Submission

    1. Please ‘Submit a case’ in your MyMagnum 4D app under ‘Lost Winning Ticket Plan’.

    2. You are required to submit:

    • A photo of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (front & back) for Malaysians or Passport for non-Malaysians

    • Scanned copy of the police report lodged by you (stamped and signed by the authority)

    • Selection of your lost winning ticket

    • Your bank account details

     

    Step 2: Physical Submission

    1. You may submit your physical documents for your case at any Magnum 4D State Offices. Kindly locate the nearest Magnum 4D State Office here:

    2. You are required to submit:

    • Police report lodged by you (original valid copy, stamped and signed by the authority)

    • Photocopy of your National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) (Front & Back) for Malaysians or Passport for non-Malaysians

    • Original NRIC or Passport

    • You must show your registered M Premium account via MyMagnum 4D App installed in your device

  • Magnum reserves the rights to reject the physical submission if any documents are found to be incomplete.

  • For now, all claims can only be submitted within your ‘Lost Winning Ticket Plan’ eligibility period. You can check your ‘Lost Winning Ticket Plan’ validity in the ‘Benefits’ page. You are entitled to one (1) payment upon successful and complete case submission.
